A beneficiary of Forum for African Women Educationists FAWE-Kenya Sponsorship has hailed the noble affirmative action that the lobby group is doing.
Engineer Lucy Njoroge is currently the nominee for the position of County Executive Committee Member for Youth Affairs at Uasin Gishu County Government.
Narrating her journey, the lady go getter who was also eying deputy Governor position in the recently concluded polls, said that women are in deed capable so long as they are given the much needed support.
“It is through this sponsorship by FAWE-Kenya that I’m where I am today. I usually urge women to aim high because in life there are no limits to greatness and achievement.”
From humble beginnings the appointee was sponsored while in The Kenya High School
