Nicholas Bosire family member also advocate to Momanyi addressing the press

Cliff Momanyi clinical officer who went missing has presented himself on 25/3/2022 at Directorate of criminal investigation in Kisii County.
Mr Momanyi was testifying in Sharon Otieno murder case.
This was after family members reported that Momanyi went missing and were not in a position to trace him.
Nicholas Bosire family member and also advocate to Momanyi , said that since his client is an witness he is not supposed to be exposed in social media nor in the main stream media tampering with the ongoing sensitive matter.
Mr Bosire said that, Momanyi’s privacy should be respected since the case he is witnessing is sensitive and involving high ranking people.
Kenya Medical Practitioner Dentist Union (KMPDU) liason Officer Dr Otucho Obure said that his colleague his safe and he had not been subjected to any harm.
“We thank DCI for reacting faster, we are happy our colleague his safe, we don’t want to loose our own because he is a state agency,” he says.
Dr Obure asked security agency to protect Momanyi and his family.
Chairman clinical officer Union Kisii Ogden Lazarus , said that , matters dealing with witness needs protection especially when dealing with sensitive matters do not allow witness to roam around , they need much protection.
“We have seen what transpires when dealing with sensitive matters,” he said.
According to him, he says that his colleague might have been threatened because he isfearing of his life.
Mr Lazarus asked the public not to fear nor panic, Mr Momanyi he is safe.
The matter is still under investigation.
