Now, when we talk about Christ Jesus, the Breaker, me should know that this reference to Jesus was prophesied way before, consider Micah 2:13, “THE BREAKER( THE MESSIAH: CHRIST JESUS) will go up before them. They will break through, pass in through the gate and go out through it, and their King will pass on before them, the Lord at their head.” Micah same as Isaiah are prophets of around 700 B.C , who had clear description of Who, Christ Jesus was. Consider, Isaiah 53: 2-9 He grew up before Him like a tender shoot,. He was despised and rejected by men,.surely He was pierced for our transgression,. We all, like sheep have gone astray..”
In the new testament we see in 1 Peter 1:12, “ ,..it was revealed to them(prophets) that they were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told to you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things.”
Christ today is our breaker, that is why when Jesus came Himself He said, “ I will build my Church on this Rock, and the gates of hell will NOT prevail against it (Matthew 16:18)”. Actually meaning, the breaker will go before them and break the gates( I understand them to be obstacles/ blockages/ “vizuizi” of the enemy ).
Psalm 24:7-8 “ Lift up, your heads, O you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.” Christ Jesus is our BREAKER today, His work is going ahead of you and destroying the ancient gates, where others were restricted or defeated, He paves the way for you, just as the word declares, “ I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will BREAK DOWN gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron(Isaiah 45:2-3).”that is why we commonly say :#MunguMbele ( meaning God goes before us).
That is why when we are saved, we should not only be satisfied that he forgives our sins. May you experience Him, as your Breaker. You should know Christ Jesus, as the ONE WHO goes before you, and breaks ancient gates. Jesus is my BREAKER. Pray and declare Christ Jesus is my Breaker, Who levels every mountain, Who breaks down gates of bronze and cuts through bars of iron. Receive that grace of Christ Jesus The breaker, and walk in this victory: AMEN, AMEN.
