Ubuntu Peoples Forum (UPF) political party is making serious inroads across the country as electioneering period sets in.
According to the party’s Executive Director John Gakunga, the party is hoping to field candidates in various political seats save for the Presidential one where it is supporting Azimio La Umoja’s Raila Odinga.
On Sunday, the party was among more than 20 others that signed a coalition agreement where it’s Secretary General Njoroge Gichuhi represented them. Party leader and Nakuru County Governor Lee Kinyanjui was among senior country political leaders who witnessed the signing at KICC.
Yesterday, Gakunga said the party would shake the country political landscape as it was looking for strong candidates in all the seats that are up for grabs during August 9 General Election.
