Kirinyaga County Deputy Governor Peter Ndambiri has said he sure of being the third Governor of his area.
Addressing meetings in Kirinyaga Central Sub-County yesterday, Ndambiri said he was optimistic of flooring his opponents who include his current boss, Ann Waiguru.
He said he had prepared a manifesto which was touching on virtually every sector practiced in the County.
“I have a Mission and Vision which has on board everyone in this County. It is also taking care of outsiders, more so those willing to invest here,” the Deputy Governor told hundreds of his supporters.
Other politicians who have declared interest in the seat include the incumbent, area Senator Charles Kibiru, former Mwea Member of Parliament Peter Gitau, former Governor Joseph Ndathi, area Women Representative Wangui Ngirichi and former Cabinet Minister as well as Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua.
