Businessman or politician making speech from behind the pulpit
I love representing my people
I suppose they love my representation as well
See, they overwhelmingly chose me
To take care of their interests
I’ve done that to my satisfaction
In their name
I’ve built three skyscrapers in the city
I’ve bought a Hammer and a V8
I’ve opened shell accounts
And kept millions of shillings
My time in representation ends soon
But I will go back to them
And seek for another term
To continue with my projects
I know they’ll choose me again
For like my predecessors have done,
I will take four hundred million
And return to them one hundred shillings
I know they will be exhilarated
And will compose songs of praise to me
So when the time comes,
I will be on their lips
And on their shoulders high,
Celebrating yet another win of theirs
My people are such a loving lot
