Individuals, companies and all forms of organisations have a habit of bench marking to compare whether whatever they have or think about is the same elsewhere. Aware of the curious nature of human being this is a good thing to do but once you have done it once it is not prudent to overdo only to obtain the same results each and every time.
You need to look at what is at your disposal then craft it in a way that will help you achieve favourable conditions that you desire rather than relying on tours to locations which could be having slightly different conditions to whatever you have yet you expect to be like them.
As stated by Albert Einstein insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. You need not to go making unnecessary noise, improperly dressed or any other misbehavior to be said that you are not sober rather your lack of vision in whatever you are doing shows how incoherent you are and how unpredictable and unfavourable your results will be.
Life has its challenges, not all of them one has an immediate answer. In such cases you try various solutions that you think of but if you find a certain method is failing to work there is no need of trying it again using the same parameters claiming that you have not found any other idea as this will yield similar results.

Arrange for a meeting between all stakeholders where you will analyse the situation to find out what is leading to such kind of results. By this you will be able to deal with facts and the right players crucial in addressing the issue at hand.
Whenever going for elections and you realise that the most popular candidate is not offering any new idea or reorganizing the existing ideas to produce better results do not just vote for him owing to his popularity and expect a new era only to keep regretting till the next election just vote for the one whose ideas seems practical in bring the positive impact expected as this will leave you contented with your choice no matter whether he wins or loses the election.
Do not be ashamed for not belonging to the majority of those who does not evaluate the options that they take or follow the most popular route, always engage your mind and let that be your philosophy. Once you succeed you will have some of the silent followers coming openly to support your course as they shall admire its sweet fruits.
