The teacher is the main organizer of the educational process in the school. The general level of preparation of students mainly depends on the teacher, his profession, faith. Therefore, pedagogical work related to the education of students requires not only special organization and certain qualifications and skills, but also the existence of a number of psychological characteristics related to the level of pedagogical skills.
Ability is the characteristic of a person that is considered as a condition for successful acquisition of a certain activity, as well as for its creative implementation. Each person is a unique individual, and the factor that makes him capable of a certain type of activity is his own characteristic. Success at work is largely determined by his ability. So ability is a set of individual characteristics formed in the course of life, which represent the level of a person’s ability to perform a certain type of activity at a high level. For example, a talented teacher will achieve better results than his colleagues under the same working conditions. We often hear the expression that such and such a teacher still has little experience, but he is undoubtedly a capable teacher. This is a number of pedagogical skills that help to successfully carry out teaching work despite the fact that this teacher has little experience. indicates that he has a gentle attitude.
In order to work successfully as a teacher, it is necessary for every teacher to have pedagogical skills. The owner of pedagogical skills achieves great results with little effort and creates innovations with the results of his work. Creativity will always be his companion. Only a capable and talented person is eligible for pedagogical work and achieves pedagogical skills. Ability appears and develops in the process of activity. Ability is different from competence and competence. Skills and abilities are the result of training and study, and for the development of abilities, talent and intelligence develop the characteristics of anatomy and physiology in the human nervous system. In order for the pedagogical activity to be effective, the teacher should have the following types of abilities and develop them.
- Ability to know – abilities related to the relevant fields of science (mathematics, physics, literature, etc.). He always follows the discoveries in the field of his science, he is very interested in it, he also does some research work.
- The ability to explain – to be able to explain the educational material in a way that is understandable to the students, to explain the material or the problem in a clear and comprehensible way, to arouse the interest of the students in independent active thinking. he should be able to change, simplify, make difficult things easy, complex things simple, and obscure things understandable to students. A competent teacher takes into account the level of knowledge and maturity of students, their imagines what they know, what they don’t know, and what they have forgotten. Some teachers, especially less experienced teachers, think that the teaching material is simple, understandable, and does not require special explanations. A capable, experienced teacher He puts himself in the place of the student, believes that what is clear and understandable to adults may be something difficult for students to understand, and acts based on it.
- The ability to observe – the ability to enter the inner world of the student, the pupil, to understand the personality of the student very well, the ability to observe psychic abilities. he also understands subtle changes in his psyche.
- Speech ability – the ability to clearly and clearly express one’s thoughts and feelings with the help of speech and gestures. This is very important for teaching ability.
- Organizational ability – firstly, it means organizing, cohesiveness of a group of students, encouraging them to solve important tasks, and secondly, correctly explaining their work.
- The ability to gain reputation is to have a direct emotional-volitional influence on students and to gain reputation on this basis. Reputation is gained not only on this basis, but also on the basis of the teacher’s good knowledge of science, kindness, gentleness, and others. This ability depends on a set of personal qualities of the teacher, in particular, his willpower (courage, endurance, determination, demandingness, etc.) , children don’t like teachers who can make the right demands without being intimidating. Being able to deal with children correctly, be friends with them, and establish a cordial relationship with them indicates the presence of pedagogical delicacy. The ability to see the future – the ability to see the consequences of one’s actions, to imagine what kind of person the student will be in the future. To predict what skills the child will develop in the future, what kind of profession he will become (pedagogical diagnosis).
- The ability to allocate attention – it is very important for the teacher to have all the characteristics of attention – size, strength, mobility, willpower, mobilized development.
- Communicative ability – the ability to improve relations with people, to ensure mutual understanding. In addition, constructive – planning of the teacher’s work design, perceptual – learning the objects of the perception process first and comparing it with memory images, empathy and understanding and sympathizing with the mental states of other people, didactic ability – the student and there are also skills such as following the rules of pedagogy in communicating with other people.
Ability and intelligence. Development of the teacher’s ability.
The mind is important in the development of abilities. For example, the structure of the vocal tract and upper part of the vocal tract can serve as a mental bud for the development of vocal abilities in the student to become an announcer, lecturer. It should be emphasized that every mind has different importance. The presence of intelligence is important for the development of abilities. Intelligence is one of the conditions for the development of abilities. A person can have a great mind for a particular activity, but if there are no conditions, the abilities based on this mind may not develop. After our independent republic gained its rights, the owners of various professions in different districts are making new inventions. Our talented children have been demonstrating their activities abroad (music, sports, Olympic games, etc.) conducted under the guidance of a teacher-educator.In order to develop a student’s ability, it is very important to consider the mindset of his talent targets. Early manifestation of the ability indicates that the child has exceptional intelligence. When we talk about gifted people, we often forget to talk about the people who have shaped their lives. However, the advice and support of these people is proof that such famous people have matured.
