As the Kenya certificate of secondary examinations goes on, lately there have been reported cases of exam leakages in different examination centers.
In most cases teachers are also involved in the cheating of this national examination. An example is where it was reported that some examination centers register more students than it is supposed to be, and so by doing so after the examination papers are opened they get to leak it to others because they are extra examination papers.
It is so sad that the teachers, who have taught these students for the four year, struggling and toiling with them, have the audacity to steal the examination for their students.
The question is why did they teach them if they knew they will steal it for them? This should be condemned; those involved should be punished so as to act as a warning to others who might want to do the same. It is high time Kenya national examinations be taken seriously.
