Majority of health systems in the underdeveloped world are congested and at times some equipments are out dated so there is strain to the users be they medical practioners as well as the patients making the wealthier ones to seek medical aid from other countries where better infrastructure have been put in place. During the covid-19 outbreak countries crossed their international boundaries and the unimagined happened as it spread in many countries testing the suitability of health systems.
Ordinarily no country would wish to have a pandemic to test how well prepared they are for such cases. There was much fear for those who live in crowded spaces like slum and the young school going children.
Fortunately through simple practices like washing hands before eating, avoiding handshake and social distances reduced the rate of spread of the disease significantly.
Initially with no definite cure homemade solutions bore fruits in containing the disease thereafter several vaccines have been developed.

Before matches especially the knockouts or award winning ones more so in soccer the players unable to predetermine the outcome usually feel unease fearing that they could lose the game at the same time having high hopes that a miscalculation by their opponent would make them emerge victorious. Under such tense circumstances better to remain cautious do what is possible to them without much fear of the outcome but be ready to handle both joy from win and sadness from loss. Until the game is over not even the opponent have surety of success.
Once the match ends the outcome will be celebrated if there was a success and grieved if there was a loss and life will go on. No need to overstretch oneself with something that does not solely depend on you.
Some parents have great liking for baby boys while others prefer baby girls the probability of getting either gender is almost equal what they should do is to learn how to handle either of the gender once they give birth and the child will be seen as a source of joy to their family.
Young children having gotten used to live near their parents find it hard to be away from them when time comes for them to join the school. In their first days and weeks they cry while going to school only for them to get new friends and get used to school environment. A similar case happens to anyone who has been used to live in a particular location without moving outside its boundaries at any one time when circumstances change he will have hard feelings only to be forced by circumstances to relocate and with time get used to the new location.
