Police officers in Kisii County have arrested a 43 year old who is alleged to have been defiling his 4 daughters aged 20 and 14 years at Jogoo Kisii County.
The accused person Ondieki Nyamari who is a masonry is suspected to have been defiling and threatening the minors.
It is now two weeks since the accused person buried his wife, his wife passed on while she was giving birth in one of the hospital in Kisii County.
The irate residents wanted to lynch the accused person over his indecent act but were rescued by police officers.

The daughter narrates that, her father used to sneak into their room at night and claims that he was setting an alarm for them.
“She would go to an extra mile, and uncover us, when we ask him what he is doing, he claims that he was setting an alarm for us,” she said.
She said that, before her mother passed on they called upon the family members to solve the case, but her father remained adamant on the matter.
The daughter asked government for protection and to ensure that justice has been prevailed upon them.
“We are fearing for our lives, what might happen when we go back to home, please government assist me, “she said.
She said that they do not have where to lean into since their mother passed on and left a young sibling who is under treatment at Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Fellistus Kwamboka aunt said that, the minor told her father has been defiling her and threatening her if she reveals the information.
According to Kwamboka, said that, the accused person has been fond of doing the act to the minors.
Kwamboka said that they ask the security officers to intervene and the minors to be under the government care.
Confirming the incident, Kisii County OCPD Amos Ambasa said that they have arrested the suspect and he is in police custody awaiting to be arraigned in court to be charged in court to face the charges once they complete the investigation.
Ambasa said that it has been established that, the accused person has been defiling his daughters.
OCPD said that, it was said that on February 19, the accuse person attempted to defile the minors, who sought refuge from their aunt.
The minors raised an alarm and the public were bitter on them.
Ambasa said that they received a report from the area chief about the matter and rushed to the scene where they rescued the suspect from the agitated residents who wanted to lynch him.
He said that the minor has been taken to Kisii Teaching and Referral hospital to be examined and seek medication.
