Do Not Blame Others For Not Knowing What You Know

Constitutionally every country is led by a single leader at any given time. Those ruled by kings there is a single person at throne and a well spelt succession plan while those which democratically elect their leaders are required to hold elections and the one who gathers majority of votes becomes the ruler.
No matter how close a participant is to his fellow competitors during the elections only the winning candidate is allowed to rule. It does not mean that the one who gathers most votes has the best policies or is the most knowledgeable rather it is who majority of voters choose to be their leader. Never dismiss the policies of the opponents simply because they failed to clinch the seat rather know that they too have a contribution to make in the society.
In the field during the competition you will realise that the fans are eager to enjoy the game and are more in number that the participants. It does not mean that they too cannot actively participate only that the participants in the game need to be regulated and everyone involved have to follow certain rules.

In a classroom you will find a single teacher and tens of students. Analysis of the situation you will realize that what is being taught is only known by the teacher.
Travelling in public transport whether bus, train or aircraft you will know that most of the passengers are unable to drive despite having been passengers for years. Do not have low opinion about them as they could be having genuine reasons as to why they have not had an opportunity to train to operate that automotive.
In the religious institutions few of the leaders have read the holy book from cover to cover and can be able to preach about it whether the literal or implied meaning yet some of the believers have been attending the religious functions for years and possess the religious books. Their role have been just following with some even not bothering to verify whether what is read to them is what is written or the interpretation is correct yet referring themselves as staunch followers of religion.
Many tenants and landlords are not builders of houses yet they live in them throughout their lives. Some even do not know the cost of materials or their exact measurements. It is not that given instruments of measurements they cannot read only that it has not been an area of interests so you will find some contractors underrating them.
Swimming does not require you to have extra tools in your hands or body you just need skills yet a huge number of people are unable to do it. You will find kids who train to do it wondering why the rest of people are unfamiliar with it despite their age.
Whatever skill you have appreciate it, whatever you have managed to hone appreciate your efforts at the same time do not rush to condemn those who are unlike you, they too have their areas of interest where they can outshine you.
