Does it mean waiting for a man to greet you, ask you out and suddenly, he owes you airtime, rent, hair fix, food, clothing?
Or does it mean you stand up for your kids, your future, and your life and fight twice as hard and become the best version of yourself?
Does it mean to press on a mobile phone daily, while sleeping and awaiting a weekend getaway? Or does it mean going to work 7-5 then be stubborn to listen not to lift a finger at home, have money as the cushion to disrespect and abuse, cheat and speak recklessly?
What does it mean?
Well according to me being a woman means adherence to principles, loving neighbors God, being humble, virtuous and helpful as well as independent if possible and seek assistance if possible, speaking out and breaking the silence, being loyal and seeking out best place to dwell, positive energies and infectious smile, eating healthy and building communities, bringing peace and real happiness if not being a true mediator. Ignoring naysayers and divorcing negativity and bad energies. Simply being the pillar of strength and catalyst of change.
