To reach the highest level of ANOINTING and blessing, one has to practice 100% obedience. This can only be possible in this world, through the Lord Christ Jesus. In our lives, when we reach a high level of obedience, God exceedingly blesses you and even sends others to bless you. God is NOT impressed with half way measures! For example, tithing is on gross income, but some instances we say to ourselves, God will understand!..
Note the result of total obedience; Nehemiah 9:25 “…They captured fortified cities and fertile land; they took possession of houses filled with all kinds of good things, wells already dug, vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees in abundance. They ate to the full and were well-nourished; they revelled in your great goodness.” , but also look at the result of disobedience, Nehemiah 9: 26 “But they were disobedient and rebelled against you; vs 27 “ …so you handed them to their enemies.”
I extol you to reach a level of Total obedience( 100 %) in all aspect of life as a believer, and I guarantee you, it is of high benefit to you and your family. After all, all we have belongs to God. Total obedience also entails commandments of LOVE: letting go of all bitterness, jealousy, forgiveness, covetousness. God says , “ Be ye perfect, for I AM PERFECT”. This is possible, otherwise He would not have said it.
In reality there are different levels of obedience( e.g 50%, 70%, 40%, 90%, 100%), and also people respond differently to calls of OBEDIENCE, some react instantly and go 100%, others are gradual, others decide to fully obey, then later go back to default setting of disobedience(i.e Adamic nature; worldly nature). Arch Bishop Harisson Ng’ang’a elaborates well when early in his salvation he asked God; “ why do I lack money, struggle, even meeting smallest of needs is tough! Did I get saved the wrong way?” God answered him, “ That when a person get saved, he/she is filled with what the world has taught him! , that is, disobedience.”
The Bible says, “if we are WILLING AND OBEDIENT, you shall eat of the goodness of the land” God help us, and deliver us, may we live in the state of total OBEDIENCE, and continue in this state, be vigilant, and when we discover there is lack of it, let’s us be quick to repent and change our ways, and reach that level of total OBEDIENCE in Jesus Christ mighty name: Amen.
