When a container is half empty or having some empty spaces it becomes difficult to carry especially if what is within it is moving even when the content is in liquid form for example if you carry ten litres of water in a twenty litres jerrican on your back the water will be moving sideways, you will be unstable even if you transport such liquid with a lorry with the container being half empty the lorry will be unstable. A similar case happens to those people with little knowledge it challenges most of them in dealing with issues regarding the subject that they are not well conversant with.

Those people who doubt their knowledge has a hard time trying to prove the much they know. The big question to them is whether those around them are aware about their level of knowledge. In an attempt to prove to people that you have a lot of knowledge of the subject people try to exaggerate whatever little they have.

The ones with limited knowledge about a certain subject when put in charge majority of them have fear that they may be overshadowed by their juniors so they keep suspecting their juniors or trying to micromanage the processes. What troubles them is their inability to verify whether the work done or going on is done through the correct process.
