Behind A writer’s Footsteps

…is
Glacial ink. Warm ink
Signifying the face of life on
Street sidewalks,
Pictural foot impressions
Of chivalrous thoughts;
Songs sung earlier on,
Even annunciated songs;
The glum eye of life,
The foreboded consequences.
And the audios of their
Footsteps
Spelling the dark green events
Of calorific life
Unified with celestial debris,
And behind a Writer’s Footsteps
Are impressions of dusty blood,
Innocuous Souls
Who expired in artillery wars,
Yes, they are shadows;
Mellifluous and perturbing
To indite in the pages of Poetry!
