The project is divided into three phases, with phase one involving the construction of 200 units of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
The prices of these units are Sh2.35 million, Sh3.49 million, and Sh4.39 million, respectively. The company offers a good payment plan with starting installments starting from Sh30,000 to Sh40,000.
The firm has also developed Zawadi Apartments, Bamburi Palm View, and Bamburi Coconut Villas in the area.
The Bamburi Green View apartments are 70 per cent sold, and booking is ongoing for the remaining units.
Fairdeal aims to build more affordable houses to complement government efforts and contribute to the growing mombasa construction industry.
The project includes amenities like a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a clubhouse, a recreational area, and a children’s play area.
