One afternoon Pre Covid 19, I interviewed an immaculate young woman from Mahalapye, Botswana.

She was warm and collected, but what stroke me to return to her was an awesome review she made about her interview and we definitely hit it off, as employee and boss instantly.

Dr Otukile joined the Mount Kenya times daily newspaper on the 20th September 2020, and she had been consistent and support staff throughout on her literature column and interviewed many international authors locally and regionally as well as India, America and many more.

She is a dynamite in a small package as she is the founder of Mulher Forte African literature awards, she is also a Gbv activist and has many accolades on Gbv with many courtesy calls from various embassies in Botswana.

She is an international award winning author, having won 2022, Best Author, Africa Zambia Zikomo award, she has won Shinning Star Africa, Best Author of the year 2023 award too.

The amount Kenya times celebrates a true legend and icon concerning mentorship programs that Paula does, having won the Best literacy Consultancy Africa awards in Ghana on December 2023.

We can stand all day taking about Dr Paula Otukile, but the best thing that she does is patience and immaculate heart she posses in coordinating budding talents in.
