Corruption sits on a throne of gold,

With greedy hands, both young and old.

Her children play in shadowed halls,

Where truth is lost, and justice falls.

First-born is Greed with endless thirst,

Taking more, though others cursed.

He builds his walls so high and grand,

While starving souls roam barren land.

Second comes Deceit, sly and cold,

Weaving lies in stories told.

She smiles sweet but poisons well,

Turning peace to living hell.

Third is Fear, with whispered might,

Spreading darkness, stealing light.

In every heart, she plants her seed,

So few will fight, though all will bleed.

Corruption smiles, her brood in tow,

Where power thrives, they surely grow.

But winds of change, though soft and slow,

Will rise one day to overthrow.
