I am sorry I didn’t write earlier

Ward seven wasn’t conducive

The past few months

I have been thinking

Over and over

About how things used to be

One, two, three, am not sure how many years ago

I respected you

I listened to you

I followed your advice

And for sure your advice was flawless

And we were happy

But then I stopped listening to you

I started listening to Ladasa

And down and down

I started falling

Falling and falling in the pit of destruction

It started as a joke

One pill

One puff

But then I made you need more

So I got more

Slowly by slowly

I got you hooked

I teared your body apart with blades

I destroyed your lungs with cigars

I scared your heart

Deep and deep

I fell

I lost your worth

I lost your need

So I stood in the middle of the road

Read to murder what was left of you

And see, I almost succeeded,

I almost killed your dear

But luckily fifteen months later am here

Heart heavy with regret

Am on my knees

Pleading with you to forgive me

I know I don’t deserve it

But look baby

Forgiving is for the strong

I am not sure about tomorrow

But with you by my side,

We can end the pain

Overcome the trials.

Forget the scars

Pray for Ladasa’s soul

Move on

From where we were

Few years ago
