Dr. Fred Matiang’i has expressed concern over the low voter registration turnout in the ongoing continuous voter registration (CVR) exercise being conducted by the IEBC. Speaking yesterday during a breakfast meeting with Adventist Men Organization at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Lavington, Dr. Matiang’i called on Kenyans, particularly the youth, to take voter registration seriously if they hope to bring about meaningful change in the country’s leadership and governance.
