I wonder why they are like this…

Nomozova Diyorakhon Begaliyevna was born on October 3, 2007, in Guliston village, Yakkabogʻ district, Kashkadarya region. She is currently a first-year student majoring in Biology at Shahrisabz State Pedagogical Institute.
