ALL EXAMINATION STAKEHOLDERS SHOULD EXERCISE INTEGRITY DURING THIS KCSE PERIOD

Following the increased cases of examination irregularities that are being witnessed in the ongoing Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examinations (KCSE). It is high time for all the exam stakeholders including the teachers, parents and students to exercise integrity in their roles.
Students should test their ability by writing the exam without being assisted so as to gauge their level of competence and knowledge. Exam cheating should be avoided a at all costs because it will lead to blurred vision in our education system.
The cases of the irregularities are alarming thus calls for the accountability of each and every individual. So far many teachers and students have been arrested in connection with the rigging and they will be persecuted at a personal level hence a high time for integrity to prevail.
Therefore I urge every education stakeholder in place to do the right things and let the candidates do the exam without any illegal assistance. The cabinet secretary for education to implement strict guidelines and severe punishment for all those are engaging in the exam irregularities.
