They were one step ahead
And I was lost behind bars
I found my way out
Tracing the stars
In those cold, blurry curtains
Chasing the path
With the green wheels
Along the brown cart.
Travelling like a dull star
I found my light
Not large as the sun or moon,
Only tiny me, glittering at night.
Having known the ways
Life seems to be tough
You don’t get smooth ways often
But surely the rough.
I choose the sky to walk
Not the grounds to fly
Because turf here
Doesn’t teach me to try.
Just smiling at this bustling world
They don’t have time to discuss me
I am cherished to myself
I am what,
I am supposed to be.
