Laikipia County Governor Joshua Irungu on Friday hosted his colleagues; Mutahi Kahiga (Nyeri) and Kiarie Badilisha (Nyandarua) who graced the official opening of the Agricultural Society of Kenya (ASK) Show in Nanyuki town.
The host and guests noted that this year’s theme: Promoting Climate-Smart Agriculture and Trade Initiatives for Sustainable Economic Growth,” calls for a significant step toward transforming our agricultural sector.
The show attracted over 70 exhibitors, offering diverse solutions across agricultural technology, value addition, banking, and manufacturing. Their participation enriched the occasion and emphasized the importance of collaboration in advancing agriculture within the CEREB economic bloc.
