Respect

- Do not claim that it is what they benefit from your house that have made them maintain it in good order remember that some staff are paid well and handled in a proper manner yet their act contrary to what is expected of them.
- At a hotel you are supposed to pay for the services offered primarily the food but that does not give you authority to abuse the staff.

In your ancestral land do not press hard your parents to give you inheritance respect the fact that you have made no efforts towards the acquisition of that estate and someone has worked hard to purchase it while another one has gave birth to you and shouldered the burden of bringing you up to the level that you are in.
When you are a parent and you have taken your kids to school paying fees is not enough for you to boast that you have taken care of what your kids require much as teachers are paid to teach there are other values they impact on kids as they teach for example common courtesy.
The teacher also acts as the role model to the students. Have a lot of regards to that teacher aware that he plays a huge role in modelling the character of your kid.

You should not only treat them as staff you but also show your humane aspect to foster good relations.

You may have land and it is your choice to choose what you want to do with it. If you leave it bare there would be soil erosion and the air will be dusty during sunny and windy weather conditions. The care taken by your neighbours in their efforts to plant trees will help you enjoy shade, windbreak and reduce soil erosion.
If you do not have young kids and have not planned to have some do not have low opinion for midwives wondering whether they are not bored of doing same kind of work on daily basis remember that you still need grandchildren who are supposed to pass through such pair of hands. They are there not only for financial gain but also for general welfare of the society.
In an institution the role allocated to everyone should be respect by other as collective that is what makes their success. Respect even the spouse to your boss care given to him at home makes later be psychologically satisfied while at work hence be able to deliver optimally.
