Humanity has lived in harmony with nature since its inception. From time immemorial, the mysteries of nature have fascinated people. That’s why they tried to learn the secrets of nature and use them in everyday life. Any event related to nature evokes certain feelings in people, and one of the important historical traditions that arose from them on the basis of certain relations with the environment is Navruz holiday.
Its origin goes back to ancient times. Navruz means “New day,” and the equality of day and night on that day is scientifically based. Therefore, this holiday is a long-established tradition in the Middle East and Central Asia. It was created in the time of customs, traditions, daily life needs, relationships with the environment and natural factors, which began to form in the stages of human development. Over time, it became a tradition.
Based on the narrations of Iranian scientists, they assumed that Navruz was celebrated two thousand years ago. As it has been celebrated for centuries, it is not difficult to imagine how many people have absorbed this holiday into their lifestyle. When we mention the word Navruz, we all see joy, songs, “boychechak”and the sun spreading the light of love.
Because we wait and celebrate Nowruz every year. We climb the mountains, pick (boychechak) flowers, sing songs from house to house. Fathers and mothers rub the ambassador of this spring and wish for safety and peace. They bring thanks to our day, even tears of joy appear in their eyes. Children are given gifts.
And we again saying:
“Qattiq yerdan qatalab chiqqan boychechak,
Yumshoq yerdan yumalab chiqqan boychechak” we will continue on our way!
Navruz has come and gone before I read the praises of Nowruz and give its definition to share with you!
Dear friends, come to our places and witness the happiness of Navruz holiday.
After all, it is not for nothing that our people say, “It is better to see once than to hear a thousand times!”
We go for a tulip walk, wear willow leaves, cook sumalak.
