Innovators are great people admired by all those who come to know about them for they have succeeded in making processes simpler. In the same spirit we need to appreciate inventors who came up with the idea and inspired these innovators. Trying to better their discoveries helping to improve the way we carry out our businesses.
It is good to keep telling your kids how hardworking your parents were and through this they grounded you well helping you to reach the heights you have scaled. It is more important if you try to outdo your parents hence ensure that your kids enjoy better life than you did.
The farmers whose quality and quantity of production you have appreciated and openly told them have felt good that you not only recognized their efforts but you were also happy with them. You should not stop there, you need to apply that lesson you have learnt from them to inspire others so that they too can play a positive role in the production process.

Praising the efforts of your teacher in helping you appreciate his subject is important as it will make others understand where your love for the subject started encouraging others to love that subject and apply it in real life situations will further spread the good spirit that you inherited from your teacher.
Refrain from mistreating others even if you have heard what great dictators did, mere condemning them through a word of mouth will help those around you to learn that one can gain popularity through dictatorship and some be ready to go through such a path which is not something recommendable.
If we try to apply the many good principles exhibited by those we refer to as great leaders the world would be a better place to enjoy that the previous generations did and we would inspire current and future generations to make life better than what we are currently enjoying.
