- Worry weakens your confidence thereby inhibiting you from succeeding in other tasks that you are undertaking. When you speak to other people more so those who you have not met before, if they realize that you are worried there is a high likelihood for them to assume that you are either not sure of what you are doing or you do not have authority to say what you are talking.
- Working in a team with a worried person is boring as that person emits negative vibes demoralizing the rest members of the team. The members lose concentration and focus on worried person.
It is afternoon as I write this article in few hours’ time it will start to get dark. Currently sitting inside a room and a look through the wind the weather outside looks dull, the skies are cloudy, all signs that it might rain are heavily manifesting. I started my working day early in the morning, around seven o’clock the sunrays were shining brightly and signs of a typical hot day were easily noticeable.
A talk to horticulture farmers they are much happy with this hot and wet climate as their produce will grow at a good pace and yield good harvest. Food being required by everyone. Many will smile when there is a bumper harvest as there will be enough food supply in the market and to some people the market price will be pocket friendly. On the other hand, the suppliers of substitutes will keep on complaining that the market price for their products is unfavourable.
What if it will rain, the air will be purified, water supply will be improved and people will be happy but to what extent will it rain? If the downpour will be heavy and occur for long number of hours, flooding will be experienced and this will be unfavourable to humans, plantations and animals.
What if it does not rain, there will be less air purification; water supply would require to be accessed from alternative sources.
Where does the rain come from? Environmental scientists argue that water droplets form the clouds, which condense these droplets to grow, and when they get too heavy to stay suspended in the clouds, they fall as rain.
There are two broad categories of issues that face us in life the controllable that we can manipulate. We have authority over them and the uncontrollable, which we are unable to change. What we learn here is that whether we like or hate what comes on our way we should either appreciate and embrace or hate and take remedial measures. Complaining is an option but does not solve problem thus not recommendable.
Worrying about what have happened to you will not solve the issue instead it will waste the current time which could be utilised in a more useful manner, it will prevent you from enjoying current opportunities.
Worry is harmful to your health as it may lead to stress that can demotivate you from performing your duties, weaken your immune system and cost you a lot of resources when you search for medical services.
Worrying about the future will squander your time yet some or all the circumstances surrounding the reason for worry may change any time as no one can tell about the future with certainty.

Worry portrays you as a person who is in great need for an assistance, if you fail to seek for it will be an indicator of your weak personality or low self-esteem.
Worry potrays you as a person who is wholly dependent on fellow human beings. It shows that you fail to trust in super power that is beyond human understanding.
Worried people are unlikeable. They are usually assumed to be luggage as they give others hard time by always seeking for support to help them solve their problems.
In conclusion, you should remember that you are the most important supporter of your physical and mental health. It is wise to keep encouraging yourself; you are your own number one cheerleader. Do not let situations or other people to determine who you are. You can chose whom to associate with, better to befriend the jovial ones, in social life likes attracts likes if you are joyful you will attract other people with joyful characters. In case of uncertainty ask for support, solve the issue and move on. Do not keep blaming yourself or blaming others learn to solve issues earliest possible.
