In their formative stages children are super busy playing, learning or crying. Much as most of their activities may seem uneconomic to an adult, these activities help the kid to explore the world, feel happy, utilise energies within them and get tired. The feeling of exhaustion will result to good sleep as their bodies need enough rest to repair worn out tissues. Unless these energies are directed to issues like play they will keep bothering you as they stay idle and perhaps wish to imitate what you are doing yet you could not be wishing to have interference from them.
In a similar fashion an adult who engages in activities that does not make economic sense feel tired at the end of the task as their bodies are get exhausted and require rest to enable them recharge.

A day consists of 24 hours and this is constant for everyone some of us can be said to reap more production of their work than others some of the reasons behind this being the processes which they apply in their work.
Everyone is born with a certain skill those who claim not to have are either unable to identify what they are gifted in or are lying. It is upon every person to decide whether to utilise his gifting in a useful manner or not for example someone gifted with ability to talk for long hours and is persuasive may opt to use his talent in spreading rumours and lying. Everyone who hears from him will appreciate that he is a good orator but the fruits of his labour will be bitter as those he lie about will come up with evidence and disprove his explanations.
At the end of the day he will claim to be tired which is true but his output is not desirable as it causes conflicts.
A visit to a barber shop he asks you what kind of hair cut you want after which he goes ahead to execute his work. If he decides to deviate from what you have agreed he will have used his energies equal to those ones used by those who cut the hair in the correct way only that his work would not be as per expectations of his client.
Before you engage in execution of any task it is important to ask yourself whether you will be willing to follow the process as well as achieve at the expected yields otherwise you will spend your energies but get results which are not in accordance with your expectations.
Whatever you get used to doing helps you internalize the processes, become more creative and enjoy the maximum yields of the processes that you have engaged in. Doing contrary to the established process will tire you for nothing as the outcome will not be as per the expectations.
