Today I met a man who helps with sponsors to the UK, life coaching and accommodation to new settlers in the UK.
Why Some Africans Are Stagnant?
Most leaders are expected to work for free, help freely and use their time for aid yet in the real world most are expected to be paid for their services.
The gentleman has a career to look at, he got a wife and children to fend for yet a young lady who feels too much excitement to tarnish this man’s name did it without a blink, because he ask for alms to help people now.
This typical example was taken from my experience whereby I life coached some kids only to get a middle finger once they found their feet.
Numerous young people are humble when they need something but once they get it they get pompous and say whatever comes from their mind.
I discovered that the desire to make a better Africa is not mine alone but many others, however I shall meet more opposition than encouragement.
Builders must try hard to stand so that they could have a foundation to withstand test of times, naysayers, copycats and other things that are not really important.
It is hurtful to try to add value in Africa and then get back lashes and ungrateful people only than help and uplifting situations.
Literature shall continue to grow but we need to work together.
