Kesses Member of Parliament Julius Ruto (in spectacles) with residents
By: John Kariuki

Kesses Member of Parliament Julius Ruto is taking up his roles seriously and is meticulous to the last detail.
In his social media page, he noted
“In exercise of my oversight role, I carried out an inspection of the ongoing maintenance of Kipkabus/ Bayete Road in Cheptiret/ Kipchamo ward.
I’m glad that the maintenance is going on well but little adjustment will be done in some section of the road as briefed up by the contractor.
If completed, it will ease the movement and open up the access to social amenities amongst other privileges between the residents of Kesses and the surrounding Ainabkoi constituency.
I will always be steadfast and ready to provide solutions on matters touching my constituents at any other time.”
