One of the most resounding scripture is the one I am about to mention. It revolves of the greatest battle that exist in a man’s life, that is, life and death. This Scripture provokes the mind and expresses the kind of boldness that is out of this world, daring, and of expression of surety: It is written, “ Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? (1CORINTHIANS 15:54-55)”
When you and I receive Christ Jesus as our Savior, the Spirit indwells us. The faith of Jesus Christ is the driving force of His Spirit. It is His faith that motivates us to keep on keepin’ on. It is His faith that overwhelms us with the knowledge that His Word is absolute and unchanging and eternal. It is His faith that allows us to be IMMOVABLE, STEADFAST, ABOUNDING IN THE WORK OF THE LORD, knowing that Christ in us is greater than anything we might encounter on this earth. (See 1 John 4:4.)
We can worship God because of the faith of Jesus Christ in us! It is resurrection faith! It is unshakable, undeterrable faith! It is faith that abounds and overflows and conquers. It is faith that produces and continues to produce. It is faith that continues to believe…and believe…and believe because it is the faith of God Himself!
