Shomurotova Zulfiya
When I look around me, the colours of life,
It shows its height in different ways
Lesson sounds in my ear,
Teachers’ voices are heard.
A school that invites science and enlightenment,
It was built for young students.
The love of my hometown helped me,
I’ll spend my energy justifying trust.
And I answer with my lips,
With my mind and my labour,
My pen is a weapon, my shield is a book,
After all, I am “Zulfiya” from Khwarezm.
Bio
Shomurotova Zulfiya was born on December 15, 2006 in Khiva, Khorezm region, Uzbekistan. She is currently a 10th-grade student at the Khiva Presidential School. She is a member of “The Global Friends Club” organization in Georgia, a volunteer of “Golden wing”, a participant in the forum held by the International Internship University, and an ambassador of IQRA Foundation, Protection for Legal& Human Rights Foundation’s Coordinator of Uzbekistan. She was a participant in the Kangaroo Olympics in 2020 and 2021, a participant in the Hippo Olympiad in 2021, a participant in the “Chatbot” project, and won 3 certificates in the “Uzbek million coders” project, attended WHO: “Vaccine Safety Basics” course and holds certifications from 12 similar international universities.
