In this century many people have started to move from one church to another to look for miracles. When they have been prayed for and there is no miracle they say this church does not have ”powers”. They forget that the holy scriptures have said,
” Remember your creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble
Come and the years approach when you will say, ‘ I find no pleasure in them.” {Ecc12:1}
A serious Christian, should have a reasonable reason why God should remember him/her. For instance Job suffered to a point that he lost everything he had, but he remained faithful to God. Through this reason God paid him double of what he had at first. {Job 42:12}
Youths should use their time wisely in the ministry of Lord. This is because firstly, their eyes are seeing clearly, that why the bible say, ”Before the sun and the light and the moon and the stars grow dark, and the clouds return after the rain.” Secondly, they have strong immunity. {Ecc 12:1-5}
The Lord is always faithful to his people, he has blessed them so that they lack nothing their hearts desire. The same people they do not have time to the giver of all the possessions and honor. This has made God not to grant them the ability of enjoying them but the strangers enjoy. {Ecc 6:1-5}
In the bible a good example is given. Hezekiah is one of servants of the Lord. He was ill to the point of death. Prophet Isaiah went to him and said, ”This is what the Lord says: Put your house in order, because you are going to die; you will not recover.” Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the Lord,
”REMEMBER, LORD, THAT I HAVE SERVED YOU FAITHFULLY AND LOYALLY, AND THAT I HAVE ALWAYS TRIED TO DO WHAT YOU WANTED ME TO.”
Then Isaiah was sent back again to tell Hezekiah that his cry has been heard, and the Almighty God added Hezekiah fifteen years.
