Teaching is one of the most prestigious professions in the world. The ability of those who engage in it especially the open minded ones to keep learning over the years help them to be able to deal with many types of people in life and different situations.
Over and above the salaries they are rewarded they enjoy loyalty from their students no wonder a loved teacher could get a way in almost every sector as his former students would be willing to welcome him at their places of work and support him in one way or the other as he is a major contributor to their welfare through academic and life skills that he taught them.

Many people imitate their role models. When aware that someone is looking up to you for mentorship you need to give him strong basics for example teaching him on dos and don’ts in life drawing examples from your own experiences or from other people whom you know about so that your mentees can easily relate to whatever you are telling them about.
It is true that not everyone is willing to be thankful to those who have supported them in the past but you should be happy with the few who are willing to do it. It is important to know that much as some of your mentee will not like to acknowledge your contribution they will be aware of it and happy with it and you will have converted them from dependents to independents which will ease burden to all those they will be relating with.
In a restaurant when served with tasty food it is important to appreciate it perhaps by informing the one who has served you. This feedback will help them to know the customer preferences and maintain that standard if not better it.
Not only the food but his behaviour if it is good then you should feel okay to recommend him too to keep up with the good customer service skills. While speaking to colleagues if he realizes that nobody says anything about their conduct he will be encouraged to continue behaving well as many of his clients are noticing and appreciating.
You should not ignore to make compliments on your spouse telling him or her that he or she looks amazing if the situation is so. This is important as you may fail to do so and someone else does then his or her perception towards that person becomes good, the two becomes loyal to each other and may end up forming some relationship outside your marriage where he or she feels appreciated.
The number of those you support is equivalent to those who wish that you succeed not that they love you but that they benefit from your success. Whenever you are able to support them do it full heartedly their success will ease burden to you once they become independent.
