In the school days as students we were aware that while in uniform there is a lot of protection as anyone who sees you misbehaving will report you to school authority instead of starting by punishing you. Teachers would discipline you and at times inform the parent. It was hard to see the mob beating a student or reporting him to police no matter how abusive he maybe.
However teachers would punish us whenever we misbehave in their presence or they come to know about our misdeeds so we longed for that time when we would be through with studies so that we shall not be under the rules of the school and teachers would have no authority to punish us little did we know that better to deal with the school authorities than to be taken to a police custody, court of law or jail.
If a teacher abuses the law even if he is in school he is punishable by their professional body as well as the court of law so his punishment is different from that of his student. In primary and secondary school levels one cannot be a teacher and a student at the same time in those institutions.
Eating and talking at the same time is considered as bad manners in almost every society if not all reason being you show some of the semi-digested food that you are eating to those who are around you. It is advisable that you do either at a time. In the process you may find that you are spiting some of the food to those who you are talking to.
In the administration of states the executive, judiciary and legislature are the three arms of government and for effective working they need to operate independently. In case of compromise in any of them there is poor administration as the counter checks are ineffective for example a compromised judiciary cannot render fair judgments to cases involving those in the executive arm of government unless it is operating independently.

In a busy restaurant it is rare to find a chef who is also a waiter and cashier. If this happens you will hear complaints from unsatisfied customers as the food could be improperly cooked, poor customer service, delay in delivery of services or wrong amounts of cash change to the customers. Much as a person could be able to serve well in all these areas he is required to specialize in whatever role he opts to undertake.
