We are indede a blessed people , my late mother used to tell us we a akabiru people.She talked of people with curly hair, in horses with red crosses on their clothes coming to look for something in their villages!She called them ‘andu aa Kanyaga’ people of the cross and i now think it was Ethiopians looking for the ark of the covenant.During those raids the women and children were hidden as they took away some who they thought looked like them.very interesting , I wish she was alive to explain further this stories.Then we never took them seriously as we were young kids around 10-12years..Wow!
