Keroche Breweries CEO and United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Nakuru senatorial candidate Tabitha Karanja has called for speedy investigation into  unresolved murders in the county.

Ms Karanja said there were many incidents of murders which called for quick investigation.

Speaking in Subukia sub-county, Ms Karanja said the affected families were living in agony and could only settle upon knowing who and why their kin were mysteriously killed.

“Security being a paramount aspect in the lives of our people and this nation, it’s therefore supposed to be safeguarded by all necessary means and measures,” she said in Subukia where she was attending the burial ceremony of the late Susan Wambui Njuguna, 36 who was brutally murdered by unknown people a few days ago.

“We condemn and castigate these draconian acts in the strongest terms possible by perpetrators and vehemently advocate for security for our people by the mandated authorities and security agencies,” she said.

She added, “again the police should use all available and necessary measures and channels to fasten the process of seeking justice for the affected families”.
