The government of Kenya, through the board that helps in fighting drugs NACADA ,has shown some efforts in making the country a drugs free state.
The downfall comes in where there are many bars near learning institutions like Universities and colleges and even high schools.
In the present day, the numbers shows that people who use drugs like alcohol, bhang, local brews, miraa, and other narcotics are teenagers and youths who are in the learning institutions. The nearness of the bars promotes the usage of drugs since it makes it a small deal for the users to reach the stores.
To overcome this, all liquor stores and bars near learning institutions should be eradicated for a better nation.
