The national examinations (KCSE) kicked off from yesterday where students began doing their Exams. This is a critical moment among the students as the required ample time to do their final revision for the papers. However, they should not only spend majority of their time on books but also have some time for physical exercises after their daily exam
Physical exercises are important as it help to relax the mind of the student especially after sitting for two exams daily. Lack of physical exercises leads to fatigue among students and slow functioning of the brain therefore for a student who’s sitting for his or her exams; it might be difficult to remember certain concepts as they prepare for exams.
Teachers are therefore urged to let their students participate in numerous physical activities after their exams to relax their minds and brains and also to have an easy time during revision.
