Avenue hospital Inaugurates KSh400 M New Medical Facility

Avenue Hospital has unveiled a state-of-the-art medical facility with an investment exceeding KSh400 million, marking a significant enhancement to its healthcare services.

Avenue hospital Chief Executive Officer Imran Osman Yusuf said the institution has been consistently progressing in expanding and elevating their specialized treatment offerings.

He said that the introduction of this wing dubbed Executive Wing aims to address patient privacy concerns while fostering the hospital’s overall growth.

“The inauguration of this executive wing aligns with the hospital’s expansion strategy, and is a response to the rising demand for healthcare services, catering specifically to the extensive regional clientele,’ he said.

Dr. Peter Ntege, the General Manager of Avenue Hospital, highlighted their commitment to boosting medical tourism, particularly in the East African market.

He emphasized that their services have been tailored to meet the growing demand for highly specialized care in Kenya and the wider East African region.

He emphasized the hospital’s strategic partnerships aimed at expanding its presence and making healthcare more accessible to patients, in line with their reputation as “a legacy of care.”

He urged Kenyans to explore local medical services before considering specialized treatment abroad, noting the significant growth in the country’s medical sector.

“Kenya has come into age and there is a lot of growth in medical services and thus, we would like to urge Kenyans to seek locals services that are better and affordable. “he said.

Dr. Mohammed Said, the Hospital Manager at Avenue Hospital Parklands, underscored the hospital’s commitment to constructing a system that maximizes quality and minimizes access barriers, a significant challenge in service delivery.

He expressed dedication to tailoring solutions that have a meaningful impact on patients’ well-being.
