- Cyberspace has increase depression, more Cyberbullying is rife. Some Journalism pages can drag a person for days, and some individuals do the same and share malicious content.
- Economic situation is declining daily, and Covid-19 made things worse, loss of families, loss of jobs had made life more hard and some cannot afford basic needs thus rendering them into deep depression.
- Love your neighbor and family to check on their livelihood as sharing is caring, if we can normalize sharing job opportunities, business opportunities the burden can lessen.
- Our fault is not being there for others, if we can give hint to minor problems and how to tackle them without advertising, and give others a hand in these trying times depression can lessen.
It is a taboo or bad omen to speak of neither death, nor signs of death in our culture we say one heralds death!
Same applies to sex and sexuality in general, that is a taboo.
Today I am going to talk about the unsaid sickness named depression. It is a mental health issue that some people regard with less consideration whereas it sent many to an earlier grave.
This brings me to a question of, is death inevitable? If we can notice early signs of depression and intervention set in fast can we save lives, or death for the old adage which is, if one is called no one can hinder the call?
Well mental health is vital in Africa.
We need to be good friends and promote virtues for a healthy environment amongst each and everyone around us. Imagine a gossip free area, loving, encouraging, helpful, humble environment with people full of kindness and joy.

The biggest problem today is unrequited love which leads to depression and passion killings.
Goals are needed and the concept of relationship, sex, finances are to be addressed well on youth and adults so that people can be able to cope when a job is lost and when break up in a relationship kicks in.
Most young adults struggle with identifying who they are, sexuality and being accepted!
Moral education is not enough; parents must have that courage to support and teach their kids about sexuality and how to accept being different from others as well as broad lesson on sex to stop the uncertainties brought by the experiments of the unknowns.
Why do some people judge a depressed person?
Yes you can be black and be depressed it is a feeling not skin related issue.
Let’s talk openly about depression and be there for the depressed.
If you act quick to talk and be there for a depressed person you can save a life.
Rape, abuse awareness are important on growing children.
Be healthy stay alive!
