I only come out
When I am thirsty,
Would you be my Oasis?
The sun is scorching
My limbs are dry
My eyes are blurry
I hear sounds scratching
In dry sandy soils
My hope toils
Maybe I’ll come out heavy laden
I’ll smash this horrible state
Death I’ll smash you
You’ve made us lose
I’ll smash this horrible state
Death I’ll smash you!
He breathed his last
Holding on his dry cold body
Now a mere statue
Who will deliver the rest?
What a futile fight with death!
