Chapter 1
General rules
- The competition will be held with the participation of students of children’s music and art schools, specialized art schools in the field of music, art and culture in Surkhandarya region.
- The responsibility for nominating eligible participants for participation in the competition rests with the heads of territorial divisions and educational institutions of the relevant ministries and departments.
- All measures and organizational work related to the organization and conduct of the Contest shall be coordinated by the Organizing Committee for the Organization and Conduct of the Contest (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Committee). Chapter 2 Objectives of the competition
- The main objectives of the competition are: Uzbek folk instruments with drums, drums and European world percussion instruments create favorable conditions for young musicians to enjoy the works of Uzbek and other composers, demonstrating their talent and creative abilities. It consists of high-quality preparation of talented young percussionists in the country for international competitions. Chapter 3 Participation in the competition
- Those wishing to participate in the competition must submit the following documents to the Organizing Committee by September 25, 2022: a) a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate; b) a creative description given to the candidate by the management of the educational institution; c) 2 color photos of 9×12 cm size;
- Documents submitted late will not be accepted. Chapter 4 Terms of organization and conduct of the competition
- Contestants are divided into the following four groups according to age: a) group of hope seedlings (participants aged 7-9 years); b) small group (participants aged 10-12 years). c) middle group (13-15 year old participants). g) kata group (participants aged 16-18 years).
- The competition is held in the following areas: a) Classics b) Variety c) Traditional g) Folk instruments Group competition program: In the direction of the classics Hope seedlings group execution requirement: 1. Xylophone (optional accompaniment of piano) 2. Small drum (solo or optional piano accompaniment) Up to 15 minutes will be allotted for the general execution program. Small group execution requirement: 1. Xylophone (with optional piano from the works of Uzbek composers) 2. Xylophone (accompanied by a voluntary piano from the age of foreign composers) 3. Small drum (solo or optional composition with piano accompaniment) Up to 20 minutes will be allotted for the overall execution program Medium group performance requirement: 1. A conditional work on a xylophone; A. Jacques “Galop skerso” (must be performed) 2. Conditional work on a small drum; D. Paliev “Daychovoto” (the work can be performed on a piano note) Up to 25 minutes for a total execution programseparated Large group execution requirement Conditional works Small drum solo; M. Markovich Tornado, “Winner”, “Stamina” (must perform one of three centuries) Xylophone solo; V. Mosart “Overture to the opera wedding Figaro” Up to 25 minutes are allotted for the overall execution program. In the direction of variety Umid Nihollari Group Execution Requirement:
- Voluntary work on the xylophone with piano by Uzbek composers.
- Open solo on percussion. Medium group performance requirement: A. Kappio “The Chapger” (solo) can be played from a note on a small drum Steve.Gaad “Crazy Army” (sumashedshaya army) Udarniy ustanovkada. V. Mozart “Rondo” (xylophone) with piano accompaniment Up to 15 minutes will be allotted for the general execution program. Large group execution requirement: M. Markovich can be played from the note “The winner” (solo on a small drum) D.Paliyev with piano accompaniment at Etude N 10 Udarniy V. Monti “chardash” with piano in Xylophone Up to 20 minutes will be allotted for the overall execution program.
In the traditional direction Hope seedlings group execution requirement: Voluntary work from the book of notes by D. Islamov Open solo in the frame Up to 8 minutes will be allotted for the general execution program. Medium group performance requirement: Master Olim Kamilov “Burulcha” Conditional work (from the book by D. Islamov) Master Olim Kamilov “Joy” conditional work from the book by D. Islamov Conditional work from the book by Y. Rajabi Shashmaqom “Garduni Buzruk” accompanied by national instruments Up to 20 minutes will be allotted for the overall execution program.
Large group execution requirement: Master Olim Kamilov “Pilla” Conditional work Master Olim Kamilov’s drum “Big Game” from the book of notes by D. Islamov Conditional work from the book by Y. Rajabi Shashmaqom “Muhammasi Buzruk” accompanied by national instruments Up to 25 minutes are allotted for the overall execution program In the direction of folk instruments Hope seedlings group execution requirement: Voluntary work from the book of notes by D. Islamov Open solo in the frame Up to 8 minutes will be allotted for the general execution program. Medium group performance requirement: Xylophone V. Muradeli Conducted by Gruzunsky Tanes Piano Ikramov’s “Youth Suite” is a conditional work Open solo in the frame Up to 20 minutes will be allotted for the overall execution program. Large group execution requirement: Xylophone or Marimba A. Khachaturyan “Lezginka” from the ballet “Gayane” with piano accompaniment Conditional work from the book by D. Islamov, music by B. Aliyev, performed by D. Isamov, accompanied by a piano “Kolobcha dance” Open solo D. Islamov in the frame is optional from the music book Up to 25 minutes will be allotted for the overall execution program. Chapter 5 Evaluation of contestants
- The competition is held in one stage, and the performance of the participants is evaluated by each member of the jury separately on a 25-point scale. The total score of the participants is determined by the sum of the scores. Total scoreAccording to the decision of the jury, the winners of the competition will be awarded the Higher, 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and “Umid Nihollari” diplomas.
- The final results of the competition are formalized by the decision of the jury.
- The decision of the jury is final and cannot be reconsidered. Chapter 6 Funding the competition and encouraging participants
- Travel, food and accommodation expenses of the bidders shall be covered by the sending party.
- Financial issues related to all organizational and economic aspects of the competition are carried out by mutual agreement of the founders.
- Sponsorships of individuals and legal entities may also be involved to finance the competition. Chapter 7 Final rules
- Disputes arising in the course of the election shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by law.
