Worth Noting:
- In a society people belong to various disciplines some technical and others humanities. When dealing with them you need to know how to handle each group as some are reluctant to change their work mode so they apply profession ethics in all the activities that they are involved in for example a policeman who always insists that he must be neatly dressed and follow hierarchy despite the setup not being official.
- To avoid conflicts with such mechanical people their interests need to be understood, know the easy way to deal with them only for you to revert to your normal lifestyle after transacting with them for example addressing a provincial administrator using his official title to denote gender or rank even if the matter you are handling is unofficial.
People who want to achieve happiness and wisdom must constantly change ………Confucius.
In a day there is morning, afternoon, evening and night. It is hard to hear anyone complain of the various timings in a day. The expectations are different during these varying timings for example in the morning people are expected to be focused on the implementation of plans of the day.
In the midday people are usually relaxed while in evening people are usually slow due to being tired for the activities of the day. If you look exhausted in the morning people will complain of your attitude. These expectations will help you integrate well with other people as they will see you as a common man.
In a society the people are of various ages the children, youth, middle-aged and the old. When relating with children you need to behave like them or in a way they will easily understand you failure to which you will have disconnect.
The youths will require you to be keen to their interests, be hyper active as they are while the aged ones are hopeful that you will show maturity and good understanding as well as use good pace in executing ideas.
If you aim at aligning yourself to requirements of just a single set of these people you will lose the rest yet you are required to integrate with all of them so you need to study all of them and be changing accordingly.

In a calendar year there are various seasons some warm others cold. Your dress code, eating and working habits should be adjusted to reflect these changing times. If you wear warm clothing throughout the year you will find them favourable during the winter but a burden during the summer.
Like in politics people in other walks of life are driven by interests not generally friendship or enemity so you find that provided they benefit from your dealings regardless of whether they are supporting your or not.
You need not to show hostility to such people but avoid any harm that can emanate from them. Once you have flexibility you will know how to handle them according to context, when in genuine need of maximum support go ahead with it but when exploiting you limit or completely eliminate their misuse.
