Yesterday, the Azimio footsoldier and Jubilee’s Kigumo MP Candidate Hon Ruth Wangari Mwaniki launched her campaigns in Turuturu and traversed through to Mathareini in Kigumo ward, Kigumo constituency.
In the “Mama na Kazi Season 2” campaign launch that was attended by mass crowds, Hon Ruth presented her manifesto and vived for Hon Raila’s support for presidency under the Azimio ticket.
Her manifesto includes: youth empowerment; introduction of new farming methods especially in pig, cattle, goat and sheep rearing; irrigation projects; completion of ongoing NG-CDF and national government projects like expansion of Kigumo Level 4 hospital, TVET center, road tarmacking and many more.
Hon Wangari has been among the most loyal supporters of H.E. Uhuru’s government and the handshake.
The launch is deemed to have caused a major political sandstorm on the pro UDA ground. Locals promised to reelect her and support Raila-Martha presidency on 9th August.
