“We are professionalising the public sector, making it more efficient and effective, to enhance the delivery of services to Kenyans,” the President said, adding, “The training of close to 6,000 chiefs and assistant chiefs who are our frontline officers at the grassroots will strengthen their operations and facilitate orderly implementation of Government projects.”

He noted that the last training of National Government Administration Officers was conducted in 2016.
