IEBC will not announce the presidential winner at night; they will do so in broad daylight

Wafula Chebukati, IEBC chair has announce that the commission will not announce the presidential winner at night; they will announce him at broad daylight due to past experiences in the past elections.
They are couple of demerits that are associated with night announcement of presidential winner such as disorders in streets and citizens misbehaving because the law enforcer (police) cannot recognize them.
Violence and demonstration accompanied with destruction of properties worth millions of money. Many business are set a braze at night as many Broad daylight announcement have merit such as the commission can explain in details what happened to some polling stations that held the casting of vote. At broad daylight the winners and losers can give their own remarks about how the commission has conducted the elections.
This is a recommendable step that the commission has partaken to ensure peaceful elections. #Peacefulelections
