Having finished the registration of voters, Rongo University being one of the centers for registration, the school is about electing new student leaders for this new academic year 2022.
During the national registration of voters, any one that turned up for registration was given a kilogram of sugar for voter registration. Same thing has been noticed during the school campaigns and when was also seen done during the national voters registration it gets us wondering if it’s an incentive or a bribe!
I think this is a creative way that the IEBC and the school nominated personnel in the elections body uses for citizens to turn up for registration and elections above all.
